Upon terminating your license to use the Products and/ or Content, you must destroy any downloaded data in your possession in any format.  Failure to terminate any and all data may result in legal action taken against you by Happy-Three

2.1. Restrictions on the use of the Products and Content.

Without written consent of Happy-Three this license does not include:
